呼吸训练联合无创呼吸机对AECOPD并呼吸衰竭患者临床效果、呼吸功能及炎症因子的影响

Effect of respiratory training combined with non-invasive ventilator on clinical effect,respiratory function and inflammatory factors in patients with AECOPD and respiratory failure

目的分析呼吸训练联合无创呼吸机对AECOPD并呼吸衰竭患者临床效果、呼吸功能及炎症因子的影响。方法选择2019年2月-2020年4月友谊医院收治60例AECOPD并呼吸衰竭患者,按随机数表分为两组,对照组30例使用无创呼吸机治疗,研究组30例在对照组基础上使用呼吸训练,对两组临床效果、呼吸功能及炎症因子进行比较。结果研究组FEV1、PEF、FVC等指标均高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组CRP、IL-8、TNF-α等指标均低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组生活质量为(86.28±8.96)分比对照组高(P<0.05)。结论将呼吸训练联合无创呼吸机应用于AECOPD并呼吸衰竭患者中,可改善呼吸功能及炎症因子,能提高其生活质量。

Objective To analyze the effect of respiratory training combined with non-invasive ventilator on the clinical effect,respiratory function and inflammatory factors in patients with AECOPD and respiratory failure.Methods 60 patients with AECOPD and respiratory failure in friendship hospital from February 2019 to April 2020 were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The control group(30 cases)were treated with noninvasive ventilator,and the study group(30 cases)were treated with respiratory training on the basis of the control group.The clinical effect,respiratory function and inflammatory factors between the two groups were compared.Results FEV1,PEF and FVC in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).CRP,IL-8 and TNF-αin study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The score of quality of life in the study group was 86.28±8.96 points,which was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of respiratory training combined with non-invasive ventilator in patients with AECOPD and respiratory failure can improve respiratory function and inflammatory factors,and improve their quality of life.
