老年肺结核合并2型糖尿病患者25(OH)D_(3)与T细胞亚群相关性分析

Analysis of correlation between serum 25(OH)D_(3) and T lymphocyte subsets in elderly pulmonary tuberculosis complicated with type 2 diabetes

目的探讨老年2型糖尿病合并肺结核患者血清25(OH)D3水平与T细胞免疫功能的相关性。方法选择2016年1月至2017年12月期间住院确诊的初治菌阳老年肺结核患者为观察组,其中合并2型糖尿病患者(A组)60例,单纯肺结核患者(B组)60例;选同期、同年龄组体检健康者60名为对照组(C组)。测定三组的血清25(OH)D3、T细胞亚群(CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+)水平,分析25(OH)D3与T细胞亚群的相关性。结果T细胞亚群在各组之间的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而25(OH)D3在B组与C组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),A组与B组、A组与C组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论25(OH)D3缺乏的肺结核患者,尤其是2型糖尿病合并肺结核患者T细胞免疫功能受损。

Objective To explore the correlation between serum 25(OH)D3 and T cell immune function in elderly pulmonary tuberculosis complicated with type 2 diabetes.Methods 120 elderly patients diagnosed with pulmonary tuberculosis admitted in a hospital from January 2016 to December 2017 were chosen as subjects.Among 120 cases,there were 60 cases undergoing pulmonary tuberculosis complicated with type 2 diabetes who were chosen as group A,and 60 cases undergoing only pulmonary tuberculosis were chosen as group B.At the same time,healthy people were enrolled as control group(group C).The levels of 25(OH)D3 and T lymphocyte subsets(CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+)were measured and their relationship were analyzed.Results The levels of CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+in three groups was differently with statistical significance(P<0.05).Serum 25(OH)D3 in group B was not different from that of group C.But Serum 25(OH)D3 between group A and group B,or between group A and group C had statistical difference.Conclusion The T cell immune function of tuberculosis patients with 25(OH)D3 deficiency,especially in patients undergoing pulmonary tuberculosis complicated with type 2 diabetes,was impaired.
