基于主成分分析法的某三甲医院护理人员软技能的研究

Study on the Soft Skills of Nursing Staff in a Grade Ⅲ Hospital Based on Principal Component Analysis

目的了解护理人员软技能的现状,进一步采用主成分分析法分析影响临床护理人员软技能的主要因素,为管理者制定相应的培训方案,提供参考依据,进而提升护理人员的整体素质。方法采用调查问卷,对1457名临床护理人员进行问卷调查,并对护理人员软技能的影响因素进行主成分分析。结果护理人员护理软技能总分得分为160.65±11.87分,其中各维度得分分别为:人际关系维度得分为26.03±2.52分;组织管理维度得分为44.69±4.06分;自我管理维度得分为37.84±3.64分;认知技能维度得分为25.42±2.56分;职业情操维度得分为26.67±2.59分;指标权重分析结果显示:护理人员的年龄、族别、工作年限、职称、能级、是否带教及婚姻是影响护理人员软技能的影响因素。结论护理人员软技能整体水平处于一般水平,有待提高,护理管理者应有针对性的对护理人员进行如技能相关培训,提升护理队伍综合素质,提升服务质量。

Objective To understand the status quo of nursing staff’s soft skills,and further analyze the main factors affecting clinical nursing staff’s soft skills by using principal component analysis,so as to develop corresponding training programs and provide references for managers,finally to improve the overall quality of nursing staff.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 1457 clinical nurses,and principal component analysis was carried out to analyze the influencing factors of the soft skills.Results The total score of nursing soft skills in nursing staff was 160.65±11.87 points.Among them,the score of interpersonal relationship was 26.03±2.52 points,the score of organizational management dimension was 44.69±4.06 points,the score of self-management dimension was 37.84±3.64 points,the score of cognitive skill dimension was 25.42±2.56 points,and the score of occupational sentiment dimension was 26.67±2.59 points.The result of index weight analysis showed that the age,race,working years,professional title,level,teaching students or not and marriage were the influencing factors of nursing staff’s soft skills.Conclusions The overall level of nursing personnel’s soft skills is at medium level,which needs to be improved.Nursing managers should carry out targeted training on nursing personnel,such as skills in order to improve the comprehensive quality of nursing team and service quality.
