口腔正畸和修复结合治疗错牙合伴牙列缺损的应用效果及满意度分析

Analysis of application effect and satisfaction degree of Orthodontics combined with repair in treating with malocclusion with dentition defect

目的探究对错牙合伴牙列缺损患者应用口腔正畸和修复结合治疗的效果及对满意度的影响。方法使用随机数字表法随机将2016年1月至2019年10月本院90例错牙合伴牙列缺损患者分为对照组(45例,应用口腔正畸治疗)、实验组(45例,应用口腔正畸+修复结合治疗)。随访一年,对比两组患者疗效、生活质量评分、龈沟出血指数、牙龈指数、菌斑指数及满意度。结果实验组总有效率(95.56%)高于对照组(82.22%),P<0.05;实验组满意度(95.56%)高于对照组(77.78%),P<0.05;实验组治疗1年后生活质量评分、龈沟出血指数、牙龈指数、菌斑指数均较对照组更低,P<0.05。结论对错牙合伴牙列缺损患者应用口腔正畸联合修复治疗切实可行,效果更佳,且对牙周组织影响更小,患者满意度更高。

Objective To explore the effect of Orthodontics combined with repair on patients with malocclusion and dentition defect.Methods 90 patients with malocclusion and dentition defects from January 2016 to October 2019 were divided into control group(n=45)and experimental group(n=45)according to random number table method.Orthodontic treatment were used in control group,while orthodontic treatment combined repair treatment were used in experiment group.After one year follow-up,the curative effect,quality of life,sulcus bleeding index,gingival index,plaque index and satisfactory degree between two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group(95.56%)was higher than that of the control group(82.22%),P<0.05.The satisfactory degree of the experimental group(95.56%)was higher than that of the control group(77.78%),P<0.05.The quality of life,gingival bleeding index,gingival index and plaque index of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group P<0.05.Conclusions The combination of Orthodontics and repair is feasible and effective for the patients with malocclusion and dentition defect.It has less influence on periodontal tissue and satisfactory degree of patients are higher.
