胶质瘤切除术患者生命意义感及影响因素调查分析

Investigation and analysis about life meaning significance and its influencing factors in patients with glioma resection

目的分析胶质瘤切除术后患者生命意义感及影响因素。方法运用一般资料调查表、生命意义感量表、社会支持评定量表、医学应对方式问卷对130例患者进行调查。结果胶质瘤切除术后患者生命意义感得分48.76±18.42,处于较低水平;多元线性回归分析,年龄、家庭人均月收入、治疗结束时间、面对应对、回避应对,共解释变量的75.4%。结论胶质瘤切除术后患者生命意义感非常差,医务工作者要重视生命意义感的作用,重点关注年龄小、低收入、术后时间长的胶质瘤切除术患者,动态关注其心理变化,针对性地心理疏导和全面性健康宣教,提升生命意义感水平。

Objective To analyze the life meaning sense and its influencing factors among patients undergoing glioma resection.Methods A total of 130 patients were investigated by means of general data questionnaire,sense of meaning of Life scale,Social support rating scale and medical coping style questionnaire.Results After glioma resection,the score of life meaning sense of patients was 48.76±18.42,which was at a low level.Multiple linear regression analysis showed that age,family per capita monthly income,end time of treatment,coping and avoidance coping accounted for 75.4%of the total explanatory variables.Conclusions After glioma resection,patients have a very poor sense of meaning of life.Medical workers should pay more attention to the sense of meaning of life among patients,especially for patients with young age,low income and long postoperative period of glioma resection.Medical workers should dynamically observe the psychological changes of patients,and carry out some targeted psychological counseling and comprehensive health education to improve the level of sense of meaning of life in patients.
