风险护理对急性心绞痛患者康复治疗的影响

Impact of risk nursing on rehabilitation of patients with acute angina

目的探讨风险护理在急性心绞痛患者心绞痛急诊治疗中的应用及对患者疼痛症状的影响。方法方法选取2017年5月-2018年12月本院收治的心绞痛患者86例,按照数字表法将其随机分为两组,对照组应用常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上应用风险护理。结果研究组疗效高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组SV、CO、CI以及EF指标均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者平均心绞痛发作次数显著少于对照组(P<0.05)、平均心绞痛持续时间显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论护理干预可以有效改善心绞痛患者的心理状况,提高患者治疗的积极性,具有较高的临床应用价值。

Objective To explore the application of risk nursing in emergency treatment of patients with acute angina pectoris and its effect on patients’pain symptoms.Methods 86 patients with angina pectoris admitted to our hospital from May 2017 to December 2018 were selected and randomly divided into two groups according to the number table method.Routine nursing was applied in the control group,and risk nursing was applied in the research group on the basis of the control group.Results The curative effect of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).SV,CO,CI and EF were significantly higher in the study group than those in the control group(P<0.05).The mean number of angina attacks in the study group was significantly less than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the mean duration of angina was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention can effectively improve the psychological status of patients with angina pectoris and improve the enthusiasm of patients treatment,so it has a higher clinical value.
