摘要 目的对循证医学理论课和示教课的带教模式进行探索和实践。方法随机选取我教研室带教的临床医学生110人为研究对象,依据带教方法将其分为实验组和对照组,实验组56人,对照组54人,实验组采取新的带教模式与方法,对照组采取传统带教方法。带教结束后对两组学生的考试成绩,临床思维能力,典型和不典型病例鉴别能力进行统计分析。结果实验组的理论考试、临床思维能力、不典型病例鉴别能力均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论为早产儿实施发育支持护理模式,能促使其神经行为评分提高,而且有助于提高其摄奶量和体重,促进早产儿生长发育,对循证医学带教实验组的教学方法教传统带教好。 Objective To explore and practice Evidence-Based Medicine theory course and teaching model.Methods 110 clinical medical students in our teaching and research office were randomly selected as the research objects,and were divided into experimental group and control group according to the teaching method,with 56 in the experimental group and 54 in the control group.The experimental group adopted the new teaching mode and method,while the control group adopted the traditional teaching method.After the end of the teaching,the test scores,clinical thinking ability,and the ability to identify typical and atypical cases of the two groups of students were statistically analyzed.Results The theoretical examination,clinical thinking ability and atypical case identification ability of the experimental group were significantly higher than that of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The teaching method of the experimental group of evidence-based medicine is better.
