摘要
目的通过对膝关节骨性关节炎半月板损伤患者进行分析,采用T1rho成像技术进行定量研究。方法通过选取在本次研究中的膝关节骨损伤性关节炎患者60例,采用MRI扫描仪进行应用,并采用标准膝关节线圈行矢位扫描。在矢状位T1rho序列对于扫描应以一次扫描完成,随后生成T1rho彩图,并进行图像分析。结果通过对T1rho序列半月板相关stoller分级和弛豫时间比较,其中正常患者个数为20个,T1rho均值为22.03 ms,标准差为3.04 ms。Ⅰ级患者个数为12个,T1rho均值为23.56 ms,标准差为2.68 ms。Ⅱ级患者个数为15个,T1rho均值为26.80 ms,标准差为1.46 ms。Ⅲ级患者个数为13个,T1rho均值为30.24 ms,标准差为2.69 ms;通过对半月板不同分级之间T1rho差异检验,其中正常患者T1rho分级中I度和正常患者差异性为0.001,Ⅰ度和正常患者差异为0.001,Ⅱ度和Ⅰ度患者差异为0.003,Ⅲ度和正常患者差异为0.000。结论T1rho抽持续时间随半月板损伤程度加重,则升高表现和关节软骨类似,通过对膝关节骨性关节炎患者半月板损伤进行相关研究其具有一定意义。
Objective Through the analysis of knee osteoarthritis meniscus injury patients, T1rho imaging technology is used for quantitative research. Methods 60 patients with osteoarthritis of knee joint in this study were selected and applied with MRI scanner, and sagittal scan was performed with standard knee coil. In the sagittal T1rho sequence, the scan should be completed in one scan, and then a T1rho color image is generated and image analysis is performed. Results By comparing the meniscus-related stoller classification and relaxation time of the T1rho sequence, the number of normal patients was 20, the mean T1rho was 22.03 ms, and the standard deviation was 3.04 ms. The number of Class Ⅰ patients was 12, the mean T1rho was 23.56 ms, and the standard deviation was 2.68 ms. The number of class Ⅱ patients was 15, the mean T1rho was 26.80 ms, and the standard deviation was 1.46 ms. The number of class Ⅲ patients was 13, the average T1rho value was 30.24 ms, and the standard deviation was 2.69 ms. Through the T1rho difference test between different grades of the meniscus, the difference between the Ⅰ degree and the normal patient in the T1rho grade was 0.001, the difference between degree and normal patients was 0.001, the difference between degree Ⅱ and I patients was 0.003, and the difference between degree Ⅲ and normal patients was 0.000. Conclusions The duration of T1rho extraction increased with the degree of meniscus injury, which is similar to that of articular cartilage.
