中国老年健康服务体系建设是一项立足于全人群、全生命周期的社会系统工程。文本基于新冠肺炎疫情防控常态化和人口老龄化加速的时代背景,对当前中国老年健康服务体系建设中存在的突出问题进行分析,从优化评价考核机制、资源配置机制、供需精准对接机制、强化人力供给和科技支撑等方面,提出"十四五"时期优化中国老年健康服务体系的政策建议。

The senior health service system is a social system engineering based on the whole life cycle of the entire population.This article analyzes the problems existing in senior health services system in China,from the aspects of optimizing the evaluation mechanism,resource allocation mechanism,supply and demand precise connection mechanism,strengthening human supply and technological support,etc.,puts forward policy recommendations for optimizing the construction of the senior health service system during the“14th Five-Year Plan”period.
