基于丝路学视角的“一带一路”学术话语研究

Research on“the Belt and Road”Academic Discourse from the Perspective of Silk Road Studies

"一带一路"话语体系需从政治话语、民间话语、学术话语三个维度进行对外传播。从丝路学视角研究"一带一路"学术话语,旨在增强"一带一路"学术话语国际认同度,是"一带一路"话语体系研究的新探索。基于丝路学视角的"一带一路"学术话语研究通过丰富丝路学概念、重释丝路学核心议题、修正丝路学理论基石,构建"一带一路"学术话语体系,成为"一带一路"倡议带动丝路学转型的一个重要学术现象。研究"一带一路"学术话语具有多重意义:增强中国"一带一路"学术话语供给力,提升"一带一路"首倡国学术话语权;增强中国破解丝路学霸权话语体系的修正力,形成中外共研"一带一路"的学术生态,助力"一带一路"行稳致远;增强"一带一路"学术号召力,以构建丝路学术共同体,进而彰显"学术中国"的力量。

“The Belt and Road”discourse need to be spread through political,folk and academic channels.This research approaches“the Belt and Road”academic discourse from the perspective of silk road studies,aiming to enhance its international recognition,which is a new effort of exploration in this subject.By enriching the concepts of Silk Road studies,reinterpreting its core issues of this field and revising its foundation,this new“the Belt and Road”study aims to establish“the Belt and Road”academic discourse system and in turn transform Silk Road studies.The study of“the Belt and Road”academic discourse has several significant implications:to enhance the Chinese supply of“the Belt and Road”academic discourse and strengthen the academic voice of China as“the Belt and Road”initiator;to enhance the China’s strength to deconstruct the discourse hegemony in Silk Road studies and form an academic ecology with worldwide participation;to sustain the lasting appeal of“the Belt and Road”Initiative;to boost the academic appeal of“the Belt and Road”studies and build the“Silk Road Studies Community”.
