Research on Xi Jinping’s Important Exposition on Ideological and Political Education

党的十八大以来,习近平总书记就思想政治教育提出新观点、新论断、新要求,作出开展思想政治教育工作的重要部署,为谱写新时代思想政治教育新篇章创造了重大机遇、提供了强大动力。习近平总书记关于思想政治教育的重要论述根植于马克思主义基本原理的理论精髓,继承和发展了中国共产党关于思想政治教育的思想理论和实践经验,汲取了中华优秀传统文化的养分。习近平总书记关于思想政治教育的重要论述形成于世界百年未有之大变局之际、我国社会转型的关键时期、全面从严治党的重要阶段,其核心思想主要表现在思想政治教育的目标、任务、内容、原则、方法等五个方面。研究习近平总书记关于思想政治教育的重要论述必须明确思想政治教育的本质要求在于旗帜鲜明讲政治,强化党的政治领导;创新思想政治教育理论的前提在于明晰思想政治教育的功能边界和学科边界;推进思政工作落实落细的关键在于提升实践路径的针对性、创新性和有效性。

Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,General Secretary Xi Jinping has put forward many new viewpoints,new theories and new requirements of ideological and political education,and made important arrangements for carrying out ideological and political education,which has created great opportunities and provided powerful motivating force for writing a new chapter of ideological and political education in the new era.Xi’s important exposition on ideological and political education is rooted in the theoretical essence of the basic principles of Marxism,has inherited and developed the ideological theory and practical experience of the Communist Party of China on ideological and political education,and absorbed the nutrients of Chinese excellent traditional culture.Xi’s important exposition was formed at the time of the unprecedented changes in the world in a hundred years,the critical period of social transformation in China,and the important stage of comprehensively and strictly administering the party.Its core ideas are mainly manifested in five aspects:the goal,task,content,principle and method of ideological and political education.To study Xi’s thought,we must make it clear that the essential requirement of ideological and political education lies in strengthening the party’s political leadership;the premise of innovating the theory of ideological and political education lies in clarifying its functional and disciplinary boundaries;the key to promoting ideological and political work lies in improving the pertinence,innovation and effectiveness of the practical path.
