新加坡作为法制建设相对完备的亚洲国家,其知识产权制度以全面性和严密性受到多数国家认可,在中国提出"一带一路"倡议背景下,本文对新加坡专利申请制度进行了系统研究。对新加坡国内专利申请流程进行了系统的介绍,还对于新加坡特殊的专利审查制度、国际专利申请和审查的特殊规定以及新加坡对外专利合作计划进行了论述。有助于我国在新加坡投资企业充分了解新加坡专利申请制度。

Singapore as a relatively well-developed Asian country,its intellectual property system is recognized by most countries as comprehensive and strict.Against the background of China’s"One Belt And One Road"initiative,To conduct a systematic study on Singapore’s patent application and examination system.This paper systematically introduces the domestic patent application process in Singapore,and also discusses the special patent examination system in Singapore,and the special provisions of international patent application and examination system,and the Singapore Foreign Patent Cooperation Program.It can help Chinese investment enterprises to fully understand Singapore’s patent application and examination system in Singapore.
