红花籽亚麻籽复合油对Ⅱ型糖尿病小鼠血糖的影响 被引量:1

摘要 从体重、糖耐量、胰岛素水平等方面分析了红花籽油、亚麻籽油、红花籽亚麻籽复合油等对Ⅱ型糖尿病小鼠模型血糖的影响。采用高脂高糖乳联合链脲佐菌素建立Ⅱ型糖尿病小鼠模型。造模成功后,将试验小鼠随机分为7组:正常组、高模组、二甲双胍组、红花籽亚麻籽复合油组、红花籽油组、亚麻籽油组、亚麻籽油提取物组,每组10只,雌雄各半,分别按剂量于每日10:00前灌胃给予不同组受试物30d。红花籽油组、亚麻籽油组、亚麻籽油提取物组及红花籽亚麻籽复合油组的灌胃剂量为0.36g/kg;正常组、高模组给予相同剂量的生理盐水;二甲双胍组的给药剂量为0.30g/kg。末次给药24h后,摘眼球采血,分离血清检测胰岛素分泌水平。在给药期间,红花籽油组、亚麻籽油组、亚麻籽油提取物组及红花籽亚麻籽复合油组灌胃第20天即可使Ⅱ型糖尿病小鼠模型空腹血糖得到降低(P<0.05),且不同组受试物均有降糖效果,其中红花籽亚麻籽复合油组降糖效果最好,能使胰岛素分泌水平升高,增加胰岛β细胞功能指数(HOMA-β)(P<0.05),改善胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)(P<0.01),提高机体对胰岛素的敏感性,从而改善Ⅱ型糖尿病小鼠模型糖脂代谢紊乱症状,达到降血糖效果。 In this study,the effects of safflower seed linseed oil compound on blood glucose of typeⅡdiabetic mice were analyzed from the aspects of body weight,glucose tolerance and insulin level.A mouse model of typeⅡdiabetes was established by high-fat,high-sugar milk combined with streptozotocin.After successful modeling,the mice were randomly divided into 7 groups:normal group,high module group,metformin group,safflower seed linseed oil compound group,safflower oil group,linseed oil group,linseed oil extract group.Each group consisted of 10 mice,male and female and they were given 30 days of gastric administration at a dose before 10 o’clock in the morning every day.The safflower seed oil group,the linseed oil group,the linseed oil extract group and the safflower seed linseed oil compound group were administered at a dose of 0.36 g/kg;The normal group and the high module were given the same dose of normal saline.The metformin group was administered at a dose of 0.30 g/kg.After the last administration for24 hours,the eyeballs were harvested and blood was separated.The fasting blood glucose of typeⅡdiabetic mice was decreased on the 20 th day of the different groups during the administration(P<0.05),and the test substances of different groups had hypoglycemic effects.Among them,the safflower seed linseed oil compound combination had the best hypoglycemic effect,which could increase the insulin secretion level,increase HOMA-β(P<0.05),and improve HOMA-IR(P<0.01),and raise the body’s sensitivity to insulin,thereby improving the symptoms of glycolipid disorders in typeⅡdiabetic mice,thus achieving hypoglycemic effect.
