跨省域医学专科联盟建设的探索与实践

Exploration and practice on provincial area medical specialty alliance

本研究梳理徐州市区各医院牵头组建的跨省域医学专科联盟发展情况,探讨跨省域医学专科联盟建设的路径及取得的成效,以进一步实现其高质量发展。数据来自徐州市卫生健康委员会2019—2022年开展的市级公立医院综合绩效考核工作及日常工作的调度材料。采用定性分析的方法进行分析。徐州市域内的三级医院协同淮海经济区其他城市的医疗卫生机构探索跨省域组建医学专科联盟,在人才培养、技术培训、资源共享等方面共同开展联盟活动,发挥带动、示范作用,为区域百姓提供多层次医疗服务需求,提升医疗服务体系整体效能。

This study was aimed at comprehensively reviewing the development of the provincial area medical specialty alliance led by various hospitals in Xuzhou City,and exploring its path of construction and achievements,to facilitate further high-quality development.Data were sourced from the comprehensive performance evaluation of municipal public hospitals conducted by the Xuzhou Municipal Health Commission from 2019 to 2022.Qualitative analysis methods were used for analysis.The tertiary hospitals in Xuzhou City,in collaboration with the medical and health institutions in other cities in the Huaihai Economic Zone,are exploring the establishment of a medical specialty alliance across the provincial area.They jointly conduct alliance activities in talent cultivation,technical training,resource sharing,and other aspects,thus playing a leading and demonstrative role;providing multi-level medical service needs for people in the region;and improving the overall effectiveness of the healthcare service system.
