黄芪建中汤治疗脾胃虚寒型胃溃疡的效果观察

Clinical observation on therapeutic effect of Huangqi Jianzhong decoction on gastric ulcer of spleen stomach deficiency cold type

目的探究黄芪建中汤治疗脾胃虚寒型胃溃疡的治疗有效率,对炎性因子、胃肠激素的影响。方法选择2020年1月—2021年12月在登封嵩正中医院接受治疗的脾胃虚寒型胃溃疡患者80例,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各40例。对照组予以四联疗法,治疗6周;观察组加用黄芪建中汤,治疗6周。比较2组治疗后临床疗效,治疗前后中医证候积分、炎性因子水平、胃肠激素水平,治疗过程中不良反应。结果治疗后,观察组总有效率为90.00%,高于对照组的70.00%(χ^(2)=5.000,P=0.025)。治疗前,2组中医证候积分比较,差异无统计学意义(t=0.106,P=0.458>0.05);治疗后,观察组中医证候积分为(10.73±2.64)分,低于对照组的(14.52±2.81)分(t=6.217,P<0.001)。治疗前,2组IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α比较,差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05);治疗后,2组IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α水平均降低,观察组IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α水平均低于对照组(P均<0.001)。结论黄芪建中汤治疗脾胃虚寒型胃溃疡能提高临床疗效,减轻炎性反应,改善胃肠道激素水平,安全性高,值得推广。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Huangqi Jianzhong decoction on gastric ulcer of spleen stom⁃ach deficiency cold type and its effect on inflammatory factors and gastrointestinal hormones.Methods Totally 80 patients with gastric ulcer of spleen stomach deficiency cold type were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group with 40 cases in each group.The quadruple therapy was given to the control group and the Huangqi Jianzhong decoc⁃tion combined with quadruple therapy were given to the observation group for 6 weeks.The clinical efficacy,traditional Chi⁃nese medicine(TCM)syndrome score,inflammatory factor level,gastrointestinal hormone level,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the total effective rate in the observa⁃tion group was 90.00%,higher than 70.00%in the control group(χ^(2)=5.000,P=0.025).Before treatment,there was no statisti⁃cally significant difference in the TCM syndrome scores between the two groups(t=0.106,P=0.458,which>0.05).After treatment,the average TCM syndrome score of the observation group was(10.73±2.64)points,lower than thar of the control group’s(14.52±2.81)points(t=6.217,P<0.001).Before treatment,the levels of IL-6,IL-8,and TNF-α in two groups were not statistically significant(all P>0.05);after treatment,the levels of IL-6,IL-8,TNF-α in two groups all decreased,and the levels of IL-6,IL-8,TNF-α in the observation group were lower than those of the control group(all P<0.001).Con⁃clusions Huangqi Jianzhong decoction in the treatment of gastric ulcer of spleen stomach deficiency cold type can improve the clinical efficacy,alleviate inflammatory reactions,improve gastrointestinal hormone levels,and has high safety.It is worth promoting.
