泸州市某医学院校学生营养素养现状分析 被引量:1

Analysis of current status of nutritional literacy of students in a medical university in Luzhou City

摘要 目的了解医学院校学生营养素养具备情况,为进一步开展营养健康教育和营养改善提供依据。方法采用便利抽样法,对泸州市某医学院校776名大学生进行线上问卷调查,问卷内容包括被调查者基本信息及由营养知识储备、知识理解、获取技能、应用技能、互动技能、评判技能6个领域构成的营养素养问题,对问卷结果情况进行描述性分析,通过卡方检验探索营养素养具备率与学生基本人口学特征的关系。结果医学院校学生总体营养素养平均得分为(155.26±21.31)分,调查对象的总体营养素养具备率为20.2%。营养素养三维度中,功能性营养素养得分率较高,为73.8%。功能性营养素养具备率方面,男生为30.3%,女生为23.0%,高年级学生为33.2%,低年级学生为22.7%,男生高于女生(χ^(2)=5.161,P=0.023),高年级学生优于低年级学生(χ^(2)=9.336,P=0.002);互动性营养素养具备率方面,高年级学生为30.6%,低年级为18.3%,高年级学生优于低年级学生(χ^(2)=14.243,P<0.001);总营养素养具备率方面,男生为24.6%,女生为17.5%,高年级为27.1%,低年级为17.4%,男生高于女生(χ^(2)=5.634,P=0.018),高年级优于低年级学生(χ^(2)=9.442,P=0.002)。结论该校学生总体营养素养具备率较低,应加强互动性营养素养的培养。 Objective To understand the status of nutritional literacy of medical college students,so so as to provide evidence for further nutritional health education and nutritional improvement.Methods Convenient sampling was used to select 776 medical college students in a college in Luzhou City.An online questionnaire survey was conducted among them.The questionnaire included the basic information of the respondents and the nutrition literacy which consist of six areas:nutrition knowledge reserve,knowledge understanding,acquisition skills,application skills,interactive skills,and judgment skills.The results of the questionnaire were descriptively analyzed,and the relationship between the nutrient avail⁃ability rate and basic demographic characteristics of students was explored through a chi⁃square test.Results The average score of overall nutritional literacy among medical college students was(155.26±21.31),and the overall nutritional literacy possession rate of the survey subjects was 20.2%.Among the three dimensions of nutritional literacy,the scoring average of functional nutritional literacy was relatively high(73.8%).In terms of functional nutritional literacy possession rate,the rate of boys was 30.3%,the rate of girls was 23.0%,the rate of senior students was 33.2%,and the rate of juniors was 22.7%,so the rate of boys was higher than that of girls(χ^(2)=5.161,P=0.023),and the rate of senior students was better than that of junior students(χ^(2)=9.336,P=0.002).In terms of interactive nutritional literacy possession rate,the rate for senior students was 30.6%and the rate for junior students was 18.3%,and the rate of senior students was better than that of the junior students(χ^(2)=14.243,P<0.001).In terms of total nutritional literacy possession rate,the rate of boys was 24.6%,the rate of girls was 17.5%,the rate of senior students was 27.1%,and the rate of younger students was 17.4%,and the rate of boys was higher than that of the girls(χ^(2)=5.634,P=0.018),and the rate of senior students was better than that of the junior students(χ^(2)=9.442,P=0.002).Conclusion The overall nutritional literacy possession rate of the students in this school is low,and the cultivation of interactive nutritional literacy should be strengthened.
