流动分析仪测定饮用水中阴离子合成洗涤剂与挥发酚及氰化物的方法探讨 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨流动分析仪测定饮用水中阴离子合成洗涤剂、挥发酚、氰化物的方法。方法按照流动分析仪的操作步骤,进行饮用水中阴离子合成洗涤剂、挥发酚及氰化物的检测。结果该方法在阴离子合成洗涤剂0.1~0.8 mg/L、挥发酚0.002~0.03 mg/L、氰化物0.01~0.08 mg/L浓度范围内线性关系良好(r>0.9990);低、中、高三种浓度水平加标,阴离子合成洗涤剂、挥发酚、氰化物回收率分别为92.0%~103.0%、85.0%~105.0%、88.0%~105.0%,相对标准偏差分别为2.59%~3.13%、5.07%~7.44%、2.90%~7.11%。结论流动分析仪测定饮用水中阴离子合成洗涤剂、挥发酚及氰化物操作简便,检测快速,可满足于基层实验室大批量的饮用水测定。 Objective To investigate the method of flow analyzer for the determination of anionic synthetic detergents,volatile phenols,and cyanides in drinking water.Methods According to the operation steps of the flow analyzer,the detection of anionic synthetic detergent,volatile phenol,and cyanide in drinking water was carried out.Results The linear relationship of the method was satisfactory in the concentration ranges of anionic synthetic detergent 0.1-0.8 mg/L,volatile phenol 0.002-0.03 mg/L,and cyanide 0.01-0.08 mg/L(r>0.9990).The recovery rates of anionic synthetic detergent,volatile phenol,and cyanide were 92.0%-103.0%,85.0%-105.0%,88.0%-105.0%,and the relative standard deviations were 2.59%-3.13%,5.07%-7.44%,2.90%-7.11%,respectively.Conclusion The flow analyzer method for the determination of anionic synthetic detergent,volatile phenol,and cyanide in drinking water is simple and fast,which can meet the needs of large quantities of drinking water determination in basic laboratories.
