摘要
劳动教育是中国式教育现代化的重要内容,呈现出鲜明的时代特征。就已有的研究成果看,中小学劳动教育实施已取得了一定成效,劳动教育在“树德、增智、强体、育美”全方位育人体系中的应有地位得到一定程度的提升。但从实践看,中小学劳动课程实施依然面临地位作用认同度低、师资经费等资源保障条件不足、一体化课程实施建设难推进、课程评价体系总体滞后等现实困境。新时代劳动教育承载着“五育并举,五育并融”的使命职责,要坚持从铸魂育人维度加强劳动课程研究力度以夯实其地位作用,通过“培引结合”打造强有力的师资队伍,落实经费、场所等保障条件破解实施难题,构建多元立体构建科学化评价机制,以增强课程育人实效。
As an important part of Chinese education modernization,labor education course shows great characteristics of times.According to the research results,the practice of the course has achieved some success,and its significance has enhanced in the all-round education system of“virtue,wisdom,physical and aesthetic education”.However,there still exist some problems in the practicing such as low-recognition,insufficient teaching staff and fund,stagnation in carrying out integrated course and assessment.In the new era,the labor education course plays an important part in achieving educational aims of“Educating Five Domains Simultaneously”,and it is up to teachers to construct a scientific evaluation system in multiple dimensions through building up the teaching staff,providing supporting fund and places so as to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the course.
