中小学书记(校长)领航工作室的建设实践与改进策略——以新疆维吾尔自治区为例

How to Construct and Improve the Work of Leading Workshop for School Leaders in Primary and Secondary Schools——A Case Study of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region

This article discusses how to achieve the project aims of constructing leading workshop for school leaders in Xinjiang through such methods as administrating at different levels,keeping information channels open and breaking through regional barrier so as to maintain the leading role of the workshop in the constructing the professional development community for the school leaders,and to train more professional school leader teams in order to improve the high-quality development of education.Suggestions as to how to reflect the problems in the running of the workshop for the purpose of the development of primary education in Xinjiang are also provided.
