中小学书记(校长)领航工作室的建设实践与改进策略——以新疆维吾尔自治区为例

摘要 文章总结了新疆维吾尔自治区中小学书记(校长)领航工作室项目办公室聚焦自治区中小学书记(校长)领航工作室建设目标,通过实施分级管理、畅通信息平台、打破地域壁垒等建设实践,在构建书记(校长)专业成长共同体中促进工作室研修领航、培养造就区域内更多名优书记校长队伍、促进教育高质量发展的做法和取得的成果,并及时反思工作室运行中存在的问题、提出一系列改进策略,以期通过自治区中小学书记(校长)领航工作室的示范引领作用,助力新疆基础教育再发展。 This article discusses how to achieve the project aims of constructing leading workshop for school leaders in Xinjiang through such methods as administrating at different levels,keeping information channels open and breaking through regional barrier so as to maintain the leading role of the workshop in the constructing the professional development community for the school leaders,and to train more professional school leader teams in order to improve the high-quality development of education.Suggestions as to how to reflect the problems in the running of the workshop for the purpose of the development of primary education in Xinjiang are also provided.
