职业高原现象的总体研究状况及教育启示——基于知识图谱可视化分析方法的实证研究

An Empirical Study of Visual Analysis Based on Knowledge Graphs——A Case Study on Overall Research Status of Career Plateau and Its Educational Enlightenment

摘要 本研究面对职业能力升级的现实需要,以“职业高原”相关的833篇文章作为原始数据,运用文献图谱分析的方法,对职业高原研究进行分析。结果发现,职业高原是近年来的热点问题,已有研究经历了探索、多元、深入三个阶段,尚未出现核心作者和核心机构群;已有研究内容趋于多维结构建构,测量方法从客观判断过渡到主观报告,但对影响因素的作用过程、作用机制、边界条件等研究不足,应对策略较为零散。本研究建议,重视职业高原造成的人力资本耗损和流失问题,顺应人才需求变革,用人才模式转型应对职业发展挑战;改革人才培养模式,将职业能力转化为职业课程;加强创新创业教育,从工作动力机制上改善职业高原;提倡终身学习,促进职业可持续发展。 To meet the practical need of vocational capability upgrading,this article analyzes the phenomena of career plateau through knowledge graphs upon 833 related articles as the original data.The results show that career plateau has been an research hot spot in recent years,which can be divided into three stages of research:exploration,diversification and in-depth study.However,prime authors and research institutions in the field have not appeared yet.The results also show that there is a trend of multi-dimension in the content research,and the measurement method is transferring from objective judgment to subjective report.And the researches on the action process,mechanism and boundary conditions of the influencing factors are insufficient.The research suggests that more attention should be paid on the wastage and loss of human resources caused by career plateau,and it is up to colleges to reform the training mode to meet the challenge of career development and to satisfy the need of market change,and to integrate vocational ability into vocational courses.It is important to strengthen the innovation and entrepreneurship education to reduce the influence of the career plateau from the perspective of work motivation mechanism,and to advocate lifelong learning in order to promote sustainable career development.
