摘要
MiRNA作为一类短序列单链分子,通过对靶基因mRNA转录后的调节影响靶基因的表达,从而参与胰腺癌的发生,并调控胰腺癌细胞增殖、凋亡、侵袭和转移,在明确诊断、判断生存期及预后、调节耐药性和敏感性,以及靶向治疗胰腺癌的诸多环节中均发挥了重要作用。全文就miRNA在胰腺癌研究中的进展进行综述。
As a class of short-sequence,single-chain molecules,mi RNA which affects the expression of target genes by regulating the transcription of target gene m RNA is involved in the occurrence of pancreatic cancer and regulates the proliferation,apoptosis,invasion and metastasis of pancreatic cancer cell. It plays an important role in clarifying a diagnosis,estimating the survival time and prognosis,regulating drug resistance and sensitivity,and treating pancreatic cancer with targeted therapy. This paper reviewed the research progress on the role of mi RNA in pancreatic cancer.
