数字经济时代内需的困境与出路

内需困境正成为制约我国经济社会发展的症结之所在。在数字时代,消费异化表现出向高附加值和高性价比商品分化的趋势。数字资本快速积累导致收入分化,加速循环诱导消费透支,无序扩张加剧消费虚幻。由于国内高端供给不足、低端无效供给过剩,加之数字资本产业脱实向虚,内需疲软的问题,本质上是发展不平衡不充分与劳动者的收入和需求不匹配。以两大部类协调理论为切入点研究内需问题,对于推动实现中国式现代化具有紧切的现实价值。由此,要遏制数字资本脱实向虚以构建橄榄型的产业结构。同时,要关注广义收入概念以落实“两个同步,两个提高”,重视数据等广义财富概念以规范财富积累机制,支持国有企业和民族企业参与数字经济以提高国际分配的自主性。

The dilemma of domestic demand is becoming the crux that restricts China’s economic and social development.In the digital age,consumer alienation shows a trend of differentiation towards high value-added and cost-effective goods.The rapid accumulation of digital capital leads to income differentiation,accelerates the cycle of induced consumption overdraft,and disorderly expansion exacerbates consumption illusion.Due to the insufficient supply of high-end goods and the surplus of ineffective supply at the low end in China,coupled with the digital capital industry shifting from real to virtual,the problem of weak domestic demand is essentially imbalanced and insufficient development,and the income and demand of workers do not match.The study of domestic demand from the perspective of the coordination theory of the two major sectors is of immediate practical value for promoting the realization of Chinese path to modernization.Therefore,we need to curb the shift of digital capital from real to virtual in order to build an olive shaped industrial structure.At the same time,attention should be paid to the concept of broad income to implement“two synchronizations and two improvements”,attach importance to the concept of broad wealth such as data to standardize the mechanism of wealth accumulation,and support state-owned and ethnic enterprises to participate in the digital economy to enhance the autonomy of international distribution.
