超声评价颈动脉支架植入术后支架贴壁不良的价值

摘要 颈动脉支架植入术已经成为预防、减少缺血性脑卒中发生和复发,并改善脑血流灌注的主要治疗方法。颈动脉支架植入术常见的并发症包括支架内血栓形成、支架再狭窄、支架闭塞、支架移位等。1超声评价支架植入术后支架贴壁情况近年来,首都医科大学附属北京安贞医院综合超声科参照冠状动脉内血管超声评价支架植入术后支架贴壁程度的判断标准[1],尝试利用颈动脉超声检查评价颈动脉支架与颈动脉的贴壁情况。冠状动脉支架贴壁不良是指支架植入术后存在1处以上的支架与冠状动脉管壁贴壁不完全,且支架与冠状动脉管壁之间有血流存在。冠状动脉支架术后支架贴壁不良分为急性支架贴壁不良和慢性支架贴壁不良[2-3]。
