同型半胱氨酸与人体必需微量元素关系的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 微量元素是维持人体机能的重要物质,同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)是心血管疾病的独立危险因素,而微量元素与Hcy之间有着密切联系,因此及时发现某些微量元素的变化对心血管疾病的早期诊断和治疗可以提供参考。目前,已确认与生命健康有关的必需微量元素有20种,调节这些必需微量元素在人体内的含量可以降低Hcy,从而可以降低心脑血管疾病的发病率。利用必须微量元素对心脑血管疾病防治的研究将有广阔前景,现对国内外有关Hcy与人体必需微量元素关系的文献进行综述。 Microelement is important substance to maintain human bady function,homocysteine(Hcy)is currently an independent risk factor for cardiovascular disease,microelement is closely related to Hcy,Therefore,timely detection of some microelement changes can provide reference for the early diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular disease.So far,there are 20 microelements that have been identified as essential for human health and life,regulating the content these essential trace elements in hunman body can reduce Hcy,thus can reduce the incidence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.The research on the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases by using microelements will have broad prospects,this paper reviews the relationship between Hcy and microelement at home and abroad.
