多层螺旋CT血管成像与经胸超声心动图对冠心病诊断价值及心功能评估 被引量:3

Multi slice spiral CT angiography and transthoracic echocardiography in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease and evaluation of cardiac function

摘要 目的多层螺旋CT血管成像(MSCTA)与经胸超声心动图(TTE)对冠心病诊断价值及评估心功能。方法选取2016年1月至2019年6月北京市丰台区南苑医院经冠状动脉造影(CAG)确诊120例冠心病患者,同时行MSCTA与TTE检测,并通过舒张末期容积(EDV)、收缩末期容积(ESV)、每搏输出量(SV)及左心室射血分数(LVEF)评估心功能。结果MSCTA与TEE单独检测及联合检测的检出率分别为75.0%(90/120)、70.8%(85/120)和91.7%(110/120)。MSCTA与TTE测得各项心功能指标比较,差异无统计学意义。结论MSCTA及TTE对冠心病患者冠状动脉狭窄均具有较高的评估能力,两者联合应用可提高诊断效能;MSCTA及TTE都可对患者行心功能评估为临床治疗及预后判断提供理论依据。 Objective To evaluate the value of multi slice spiral CT angiography(MSCTA)and transthoracic echocardiography(TTE)in evaluating coronary artery stenosis and cardiac function.Method From January 2016 to June 2019,120 patients with coronary heart disease were selected from Nanyuan Hospital of Fengtai District,who were diagnosed by coronary angiography(CAG).MSCTA and TTE were measured at the same time.The cardiac function was evaluated by end-diastolic volume(EDV),end-systolic volume(ESV),stroke volume(SV)and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF).Result The detection rates of MSCTA and TEE were 75.0%(90/120),70.8%(85/120)and 91.7%(110/120),respectively.There was no significant difference in cardiac function between MSCTA and TTE.Conclusion MSCTA and TTE have a high ability to evaluate coronary artery stenosis in patients with coronary heart disease,the combination of them can improve the diagnostic efficiency;MSCTA and TTE can provide theoretical basis for clinical treatment and prognosis judgment.
