弥漫性血管内凝血患者的凝血检验指标变化

Changes of coagulation test indexes in patients with disseminated intravascular coagulation

目的探讨弥漫性血管内凝血患者的凝血检验指标变化。方法选取郑州大学附属儿童医院2018年1月至12月收治的72例弥漫性血管内凝血患者为观察组,另选取72例健康体检者作为对照组。比较两组受试者的凝血指标。结果观察组受试者凝血酶原时间(PT)、血浆纤维蛋白原(FIB)、凝血酶时间(TT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、D-二聚体均高于对照组受试者,凝血酶原时间国际标准化比值(INR)低于对照组受试者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论弥漫性血管内凝血患者的凝血检验指标升高,值得临床重视。

Objective To investigate the changes of coagulation test indexes in patients with disseminated intravascular coagulation(DIC).Method 72 patients with DIC admitted to the children’s Hospital Affiliated to Zhengzhou University from January to December 2018 were selected as the observation group,and 72 healthy people as the control group.The coagulation indexes of the two groups were compared.Result Prothrombin time(PT),activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT),thrombin time(TT),fibrinogen(FIB)and D-dimer in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,international normalized ratio(INR)was lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The coagulation test index of patients with DIC is increased,which is worthy of clinical attention..
