128例再次心脏瓣膜置换术早期疗效观察

Early efficacy of 128 patients with reoperation of heart valve replacement

目的探讨再次心脏瓣膜置换术早期疗效观察。方法选取2000年1月至2015年12月在福建省立医院共收纳128例接受心脏瓣膜再次置换的患者。观察患者住院期间相关结果并比较。结果128例患者病死率为14.1%,常见的并发症最多为肺部感染发生率为21.9%。,术后1周左房内径(LAD)、左室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)和左室射血分数(LVEF)较术前改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于再次换瓣手术患者经过完善的术前准备,术中操作精细,能够获得良好的效果。

Objective To investigate the early effect of the second heart valve replacement.Method From January 2000 to December 2015,128 patients who underwent heart valve replacement were enrolled in Fujian provincial hospital.Observe and compare the results of patients during hospitalization.Result The mortality of 128 patients was 14.1%,and the most common complication was pulmonary infection(21.9%).LAD,LVEDD and LVEF were significantly improved one week after operation(P<0.05).Conclusion For the patients who need to change the valve again,we can get good results through perfect preoperative preparation and fine operation.
