彩色多普勒超声对儿童四肢假性动脉瘤的诊断及超声表现分析

Color doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of pediatric pseudoaneurysms

目的探讨彩色多普勒超声对小儿四肢假性动脉瘤的诊断及超声表现分析。方法选取2017年1月至2019年10月郑州大学附属儿童医院经手术证实的四肢假性动脉瘤患儿20例,以手术病理证实结果为参照,分析彩色多普勒超声诊断准确率。结果彩色多普勒超声的诊断准确率为100.00%,单纯囊瘤5例,混合囊瘤,多囊瘤4例。结论在小儿四肢假性动脉瘤诊断中彩色多普勒超声具有无创、经济、可重复性、准确率高等优势,适合作为小儿四肢假性动脉瘤的首选辅助检查方式。

Objective To investigate the diagnosis and ultrasonic manifestations of pseudoaneurysm of extremities in children by color Doppler ultrasound.Method From January 2017 to October 2019,20 children with pseudoaneurysm of extremities confirmed by operation in children’s Hospital Affiliated to Zhengzhou University were selected to analyze the diagnostic accuracy of color Doppler ultrasound based on the results of operation and pathology.Result The diagnostic accuracy of color Doppler ultrasound was 100.00%.There were 5 cases of simple cystoma,4 cases of mixed cystoma and 4 cases of multicystoma.Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound has the advantages of noninvasive,economical,reproducible,and high accuracy in the diagnosis of pediatric pseudoaneurysms.It is suitable to be the first choice of auxiliary examination for pseudoaneurysm of extremities in children.
