地奥司明治疗下肢血栓性浅静脉炎的疗效

目的探讨地奥司明治疗下肢血栓性浅静脉炎的疗效。方法选取2018年11月至2019年5月无锡市第二人民医收治下肢血栓性浅静脉炎患者100例,根据治疗方法不同分为对照组实施尿激酶治疗和观察组在对照组的基础上实施地奥司明治疗,各50例。观察并比较治疗后两组患者临床疗效,血液流变性、生活质量和症状消失时间。结果观察组患者总有效率为96.00%高于对照组患者78.00%;血液流变性低于对照组患者;症状消失时间均短于对照组;观察组患者社会功能、精神健康、健康感受、身体疼痛等生活质量评分高于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论下肢血栓性浅静脉炎患者接受地奥司明治疗,能够有效促进其疾病症状的改善,可缩短康复的时间。

Objective To investigate the effect of diosmin on thrombophlebitis of lower extremity.Method From November 2018 to may 2019,100 patients with thrombophlebitis of lower extremities were enrolled in the second people’s Hospital of Wuxi City.According to the different treatment methods,they were divided into two groups:the control group and the observation group,each with 50 cases of urokinase and Diosmin.To observe and compare the clinical effect,blood viscosity,quality of life and symptom disappearance time of the two groups after treatment.Result The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.00%higher than that of the control group(78.00%);the blood viscosity was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);the time of symptom disappearance was shorter than that of the control group;the scores of social function,mental health,health feeling,physical pain and other quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Diosmin can improve the symptoms of patients with thrombophlebitis and shorten the time of rehabilitation.
