低分子肝素联合疏血通治疗下肢骨科手术后深静脉血栓形成患者的临床疗效

Low molecular weight heparin combined with Shuxuetong in the treatment of deep venous thrombosis after lower extremity orthopaedic surgery

目的探讨低分子肝素联合疏血通治疗下肢骨科手术后深静脉血栓形成的患者的疗效。方法选取2015年1月至2019年4月收治的60例下肢骨科手术后深静脉血栓形成患者,按照治疗方法不同分为观察组和对照组,各30例。比较两组患者治疗前后凝血功能指标、患肢周径,治疗后临床疗效和治疗期间不良反应发生率。结果治疗2周后,观察组患者凝血指标的改善优于对照组患者;髌骨上15 cm和下15 cm患肢周径为均低于对照组患者;临床总有效率为93.33%,高于对照组患者的70.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的总不良反应发生率为6.67%,低于对照组患者的13.33%,差异无统计学意义。结论对下肢骨科手术后深静脉血栓形成患者采用低分子肝素联合疏血通治疗安全有效,有助于凝血功能和患肢肿胀程度的改善。

Objective To explore the effect of low molecular weight heparin combined with Shuxuetong in the treatment of deep vein thrombosis after lower extremity orthopaedic surgery.Method From January 2015 to April 2019,60 patients with deep vein thrombosis after lower extremity orthopaedic surgery were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to different treatment methods,30 cases in each group.The coagulation index,the diameter of the affected limb,the clinical effect and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Result After 2 weeks of treatment,the improvement of coagulation index in the observation group was better than that in the control group;the peripheral diameter of 15 cm above and 15 cm below the patella was lower than that in the control group;the total clinical effective rate was 93.33%,higher than 70.00%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 6.67%,lower than that in the control group(13.33%),the difference was not statistically significant.Conclusion Low molecular weight heparin combined with Shuxuetong is a safe and effective treatment for patients with deep vein thrombosis after lower extremity orthopedic operation,which is helpful to improve coagulation function and swelling degree of affected limb.
