中西医结合防治糖尿病足中国专家共识(第1版)

Chinese Expert Consensus on the Prevention and Management of Diabetic Foot with Integrative Medicine(1st edition)

为改变我国糖尿病足溃疡低早期诊断率、高病死率的现状,中国中西医结合学会周围血管病专业委员会牵头并组织中西医多学科专家,基于现有高级循证依据及专家经验,以"中西结合、防治并重、内外并举、服务临床"为指导原则,以实用性、全面性和规范性为特点,明确了糖尿病足的定义,回顾了糖尿病足发生和预后的影响因素及糖尿病足分级分型,从糖尿病足溃疡预防及治疗两个层面进行阐述,以期发挥中西医结合的优势、开展适合我国国情的糖尿病足防治工作、改善糖尿病足患者的预后。

To change the present situation of low early diagnosis rate and high mortality rate of diabetic foot ulcer in China, Peripheral Vascular Disease Professional Committee of Chinese Association of Integrative Medicine organized multidisciplinary experts who devoted to traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine to draft the consensus. Based on the current advanced evidence and expert experience, with the guiding principle of "combining methods of traditional and western medicine, paying attention to both prevention and management, containing internal and external therapies, appling to clinical practice", the consensus is practical, comprehensive and standard. The consensus defined diabetic foot, reviewed interfering factors of the occurrence and prognosis of diabetic foot ulcer, revised the classification of diabetic foot and elaborated the measures to prevent and manage diabetic foot ulcer. The panel was looking forward to give full play to the advantages of the combination of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine and carry out the prevention and management suitable for our national conditions, and then, improve the prognosis of patients.
