“忠诚”还是“附庸”:现代城市中的社区聚集——以唐山市H庄社区聚居文化的形成为例

Loyalty or Impotence:Community Gathering in Modern Cities——A Case Study on the Formation of Gathering Culture in H Village Community of Tangshan City

“村改居”社区作为城市化进程中产生的特殊社区类型,兼具农村社区和城市社区的双重特点。本文通过对H庄社区聚居文化成因的分析,认为H庄社区独特的管理机制和内在社会环境是其得以在城市化的冲击下保持聚居文化的原因。H庄社区房屋产权流转的限制增加了其成员出走社区的成本以及外部人员进入社区的门槛,其享有的集体财产权以及据此为成员们提供的集体福利和完善的基础公共设施,提供了社区成员忠诚于社区的动力,其内部盛行的宗族文化也是强化社区成员间社会联结的重要纽带。H庄社区成员高度回流的聚居文化依赖于其所依托的社会环境,一旦其依赖的社会资源受到冲击,成员对社区的忠诚将会瓦解,聚居文化也将丧失其约束力,逐渐增加的选择自由将成为其城市化发展新的契机。

As a special type of community,“village-to-community transformation”communities are a product in the course of urbanization and carry the characteristics of both rural and urban communities.In this article,after analyzing the reasons of formation of gathering culture in H Village Community,the author believed that it survived the impact of urban culture due to unique management mechanism of H Village Community and inherent social environment.The restriction on transfer of housing property in H Village Community increased the costs of its members to exit from and raised the threshold for outsiders to enter into the community.The shared collective property rights,the collective welfare thereof and complete public facilities and infrastructure were the source of members’loyalty to the community.Furthermore,the internal prevailing clan culture also served as an important bond that strengthened the social connection among the members in the community.In H Village Community,the gathering culture characterized by high return rate of members was dependent on social environment.Once the social resources on which the H Village Community relies are impacted,the member's loyalty to the community will collapse and the gathering culture will also lose its restraint.As a result,the gradually increased freedom of option will provide new opportunities for its urban development.
