沙美特罗替卡松气雾剂辅助治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘患者的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Salmeterol and Fluticasone Aerosol on Cough Variant Asthma

目的:探讨沙美特罗替卡松气雾剂在辅助治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘(CVA)方面的临床效果及其安全性。方法:收集本院2018年06月~2020年03月之间的咳嗽变异性哮喘患者111例,按随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组58例,给予沙美特罗替卡松气雾剂治疗,每次1吸,早晚各1次;对照组53例,给予普米克气雾剂治疗,每次1喷,早晚各1次。统计分析两组的临床治疗效果及其安全性。结果:治疗组58例中,反应有效54例,总有效率93.10%;对照组53例中,反应有效38例,总有效率71.70%。在咳嗽缓解和咳嗽消失时间方面,治疗组明显低于对照组,两组之间比较有统计学差异(P<0.05);在临床改善咳嗽、气喘及日常活动与运动受限方面,治疗组均优于对照组,两组之间比较有统计学差异(P<0.05);在安全性方面,两组均未发生明显药物副作用及肝肾功能损害。结论:沙美特罗替卡松气雾剂辅助治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘临床疗效肯定,能迅速缓解咳嗽、气喘等症状,无明确副作用,使用安全有效,值得在临床推广应用。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect and safety of salmeterol fluticasone aerosol in adjuvant treatment of cough variant asthma(CVA).Methods:111 patients with cough variant asthma from June 2018 to March 2020 in our hospital were collected and divided into treatment group and control group according to random number table method.58 patients in the treatment group were given salmeterol fluticasone aerosol therapy,one inhalation each time,once in the morning and once in the evening.53 cases in the control group were treated with pulmicort aerosol,one spray each time,once in the morning and once in the evening.The clinical therapeutic effects and safety of the two groups were statistically analyzed.Results:Among the 58 cases in the treatment group,54 cases responded effectively,with a total effective rate of 93.10%.In the control group of 53 cases,the response was effective in 38 cases,with a total effective rate of 71.70%.In terms of cough relief and cough disappearance time,the treatment group is significantly lower than the control group,and there is a statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The treatment group was superior to the control group in clinical improvement of cough,asthma,daily activities and exercise restriction,and there was a statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).In terms of safety,no obvious drug side effects and liver and kidney function damage occurred in the two groups.Conclusion:Salmeterol and fluticasone aerosol is effective in adjuvant treatment of cough variant asthma.It can rapidly relieve cough,asthma and other symptoms,has no definite side effects,is safe and effective,and is worthy of clinical application.
