MSCT与MRI在结直肠癌术前分期诊断中的价值对比评价

Comparison and Evaluation of MSCT and MRI in Preoperative Staging Diagnosis of Colorectal Cancer

目的:对比MSCT和MRI在结直肠癌术前分期诊断中的应用效果及临床效果。方法:选取本院在2019年1月到2019年8月诊断为结直肠癌的50例患者纳入研究,根据随机数表法将研究对象均分为对照组(给予MSCT诊断)和研究组(给予MRI诊断),每组各25例,对比两组患者的诊断正确率。结果:对照组T1-2分期诊断相符率为46.15%,T3期诊断相符率为62.50%,T4分期诊断相符率为71.47%;研究组T1-2分期诊断相符率84.62%,T3期诊断相符率为75.00%,T4分期诊断相符率为80.95%。研究组对比于对照组,前者在T1-2分期具备准确的诊断率,p<0.05。结论:对比MSCT诊断,MRI应用于结直肠癌术前分期诊断中具有更加显著的准确度,其临床效果良好。

Objective:to compare the application effect and clinical effect of MSCT and MRI in preoperative staging diagnosis of colorectal cancer.Methods:50 patients diagnosed with colorectal cancer in our hospital from January 2019 to August 2019 were selected to be included in the study. According to the random number table method, the study subjects were divided into the control group(given MSCT diagnosis) and the study group(given MRI diagnosis), each group had 25 cases, and the diagnostic accuracy of the two groups was compared.Results:the consistent rate of t1-2 diagnosis in the control group was 46.15%, 62.50% and 71.47%, respectively. In the study group, the coincidence rate of t1-2 staging was 84.62%, 75.00% in T3 stage, and 80.95% in T4 stage. Compared with the control group, the former group had an accurate diagnosis rate in t1-2 stages(pc0.05).Conclusion:compared with MSCT, MRI has a more significant accuracy in preoperative staging diagnosis of colorectal cancer, and its clinical effect is good.
