经子宫输卵管四维超声造影在女性不孕症中的应用 被引量:5

摘要 目的:为了提高临女性不孕症的检出率,分析采用经子宫输卵管四维超声造影的价值和意义。方法:根据接诊顺序从2015年8月至2019年8月在本院治疗的女性不孕症患者中随机选取1714例,其中接受三维超声造影检查的患者857例,接受经子宫输卵管四维超声造影检查的患者857例。作为研究对象并按照随机、双盲、对照原则,其中接受三维超声造影检查的患者设为对照组,接受经子宫输卵管四维超声造影检查的患者设为观察组,比较两组在图像质量优良率、诊断输卵管通畅率等方面的差异。结果:研究数据显示,观察组和对照组患者超声造影图像质量的优良率分别为96.85%(830/857)、84.01%(720/857),与对照组相比观察组超声造影图像质量优良率明显增加(X^2=81.59,P<0.05);观察组和对照组诊断输卵管通畅率分别为96.85%(830/857)、84.01%(720/857),与对照组相比观察组诊断输卵管通畅率(X^2=81.59,P<0.05);观察组和对照组的检查操作时间分别为(13.34±2.55)min和(20.95±4.66)min,与对照组相比观察组的检查操作时间明显缩短且组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:女性不孕症患者采用经子宫输卵管四维超声造影检查,不仅造影图像质量优良,而且能够提高输卵管通畅检出率,缩短检查时间,效果显著,值得临床推广使用。 Objective:To improve the detection rate of female infertility, and to analyze the value and significance of four-dimensional contrast-enhanced ultrasonography through uterus and fallopian tube.Methods:1714 cases of female infertility patients treated in our hospital from August 2015 to August 2019 were selected according to the order of admission. They were divided into two groups according to the principle of randomization, double blindness and control. 857 of them received three-dimensional contrast-enhanced ultrasound examination as the control group, and received four-dimensional contrast-enhanced ultrasound through uterus and fallopian tube. 857 patients were selected as observation group, and the differences of image quality and diagnostic tubal patency between the two groups were compared.Results:The research data showed that the excellent and good rate of contrast-enhanced ultrasound image quality in the observation group and the control group were 96.85%(830/857) and 84.01%(720/857), respectively. Compared with the control group, the excellent and good rate of contrast-enhanced ultrasound image quality in the observation group increased significantly(X^2=81.59, P<0.05);the patency rate of fallopian tube in the observation group and the control group was 96.85% respectively.(830/857), 84.01%(720/857), compared with the control group, the diagnostic tubal patency rate of the observation group was 81.59(X^2=81.59, P<0.05);the examination operation time of the observation group and the control group were(13.34 + 2.55) min and(20.95 + 4.66) min, respectively. Compared with the control group, the examination operation time of the observation group was significantly shorter and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant. Academic significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Four-dimensional contrast-enhanced ultrasonography of uterus and fallopian tube in female infertility patients can not only improve the image quality, but also improve the detection rate of fallopian tube patency, shorten the examination time, and the effect is remarkable, which is worthy of clinical application.
