放射平片与CT临床诊断脊柱骨折的临床对比分析

Clinical Comparative Analysis of Radiographic Film and CT Clinical Diagnosis of Spinal Fracture

目的:对比分析放射平片与CT临床诊断脊柱骨折的效果,为治疗提供参考。方法:抽取我院在2016年1月-2019年1月收治的脊柱骨折患者90例作为本次研究对象,确定其临床资料完备后,按照随机分组的方式,将其划分为对照组和观察组,每组45例。对照组患者采取常规的CT检查与诊断;观察组患者采取放射平片与CT检查联合诊断方案。两组患者均在检查后,经过手术确诊,并将其作为参照,来对检查结果的准确性进行分析。结果:观察组患者的诊断准确率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);在观察组中对骨折具体类型的检出率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在脊柱骨折诊断中,对患者运用放射平片与CT检查联合检查方案,能够有效地提高其诊断的准确性,对骨折类型进行辨别,保证治疗的针对性和有效性,值得临床重视。

Objective:To compare the effects of radiographs and CT in the diagnosis of spinal fractures,and to provide reference for treatment.Methods:90 patients with spinal fractures admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to January 2019 were enrolled as the study subjects.After the clinical data were confirmed,they were divided into control group and observation group according to random grouping.Group of 45 patients.Patients in the control group underwent routine CT examination and diagnosis;patients in the observation group underwent a combined radiographic and CT examination.Both groups of patients were diagnosed after surgery and used as a reference to analyze the accuracy of the results.Results:The diagnostic accuracy of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The detection rate of the specific type of fracture in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the diagnosis of spinal fractures,the combination of radiographic and CT examinations can effectively improve the accuracy of diagnosis,identify the type of fracture,and ensure the relevance and effectiveness of treatment,which deserves clinical attention.
