摘要
目的:对比计算机体层摄影(CT)和磁共振成像(MR)诊断椎体压缩性骨折的敏感性。方法:回顾性分析我院2018年7月至2019年4月经穿刺活检确诊或临床证实为椎体压缩性骨折患者的CT和MR影像学资料,采用CT检查的30例患者设为CT组,采用MR检查的30例患者设为MR组,对比CT和MR诊断椎体压缩性骨折的敏感性,进一步分析椎体压缩性骨折诊断中CT和MR检查的应用价值。回顾性分析我院2018年7月至2019年4月经穿刺活检确诊或临床证实为椎体压缩性骨折患者的CT和MR影像学资料,采用CT检查的30例患者设为CT组,采用MR检查的30例患者设为MR组,对比CT和MR诊断椎体压缩性骨折的敏感性,进一步分析椎体压缩性骨折诊断中CT和MR检查的应用价值。结果:CT诊断恶性椎体压缩性骨折、骨质疏松伴椎体压缩性骨折、外伤性椎体压缩性骨折的敏感性分别为75.0%、80.0%、91.7%,MR诊断恶性椎体压缩性骨折、骨质疏松伴椎体压缩性骨折、外伤性椎体压缩性骨折的敏感性分别为85.7%、90.0%、92.3%,两组对比无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:MR诊断椎体压缩性骨折的优势大于CT诊断,但CT和MR诊断椎体压缩性骨折的敏感性并无明显差异。
Objective:to compare the sensitivity of computed Tomography(CT)with that of magnetic resonance imagin in the diagnosis of vertebral compression fractures.Methods:from July 2018 to April 2019,CT and imaging data of 30 patients with vertebral compression fracture diagnosed by puncture biopsy or clinically confirmed by CT were analyzed retrospectively,the sensitivity of CT and MRI in the diagnosis of vertebral compression fracture was compared,and the value of CT and MRI in the diagnosis of vertebral compression fracture was analyzed.CT and imaging data of 30 patients with vertebral body compression fracture diagnosed by puncture biopsy or clinically confirmed by clinic from July 2018 to April 2019 were analyzed retrospectively,the sensitivity of CT and MRI in the diagnosis of vertebral compression fracture was compared,and the value of CT and MRI in the diagnosis of vertebral compression fracture was analyzed.Results:The sensitivity of CT in the diagnosis of malignant vertebral compression fracture,osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture and traumatic vertebral compression fracture were 75.0%,80.0%and 91.7%,respectively,the sensitivity of MRI in the diagnosis of malignant vertebral compression fracture,osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture and traumatic vertebral compression fracture were 85.7%,90.0%and 92.3%,respectively.There was no significant difference between the two groups(p>0.05).Conclusion:MR is superior to CT in the diagnosis of vertebral compression fracture,but there is no significant difference in the sensitivity between CT and MR in the diagnosis of vertebral compression fracture.
