系统功能语言学视角下人际意义探究——以2024年新年贺词译本为例

An Exploration of Interpersonal Meaning from the Perspective of Systemic Functional Linguistics——Taking the Translation of the New Year's Greeting 2024 as an Example

语言不仅具有表达讲话者的亲身经历和内心活动的功能,还有表达讲话者的身份、地位、态度、动机和其对事物的推断、判断和评价等功能。语言的这一功能称作“人际功能”。韩礼德的人际功能分为三大系统,即语气系统、情态系统和人称。基于此,文章旨在对2024年习近平总书记新年贺词进行分析,探究系统功能语言学视角下,习近平总书记新年贺词英译本中人际意义的构建与表达。

In addition to the function of expressing the speaker's personal experience and inner activities,language also has the function of expressing the speaker's identity,status,attitude,motivation,and the inference,judgement and evaluation of things.This function is called interpersonal function.Halliday's interpersonal function is divided into three major systems,intonation system,modality system and personification.Based on this,the purpose of this paper is to analyze General Secretary Xi Jinping's New Year's greeting in 2024 and explore the construction and expression of interpersonal meaning in the English translation of General Secretary Xi Jinping's New Year's greeting from the perspective of systemic functional linguistics.
