An Introduction to Naturalization and Dissimilation in Translation from a Cognitive Linguistic Perspective

翻译不只是简单地把一种语言转换成另一种语言,翻译背后涉及两种语言的文化,文化进而影响作者、译者与读者对译文的阐释和理解,文化影响人的认知,认知影响人的语言。文章将从认知语言学的视角下分析翻译中两大重要翻译策略归化与异化背后的认知影响,探讨在语言学视角下,如何合理地使用相应的归化或异化策略以实现更好的翻译。

Translation is not only a simple conversion from one language to another,but also involves the cultures of the two languages,which in turn affects the interpretation and understanding of the translated text by the author,the translator and the reader,and culture affects human cognition,and cognition affects human language.This paper will analyse the cognitive influence behind the two important translation strategies of naturalization and dissimilation from the perspective of cognitive linguistics,and discuss how to use the corresponding naturalization or dissimilation strategies reasonably in order to achieve a better translation from a linguistic perspective.
