Under the background of globalization,a country's international communication competence has a direct impact on its international status and influence.With the increasing international communication,foreign talents'international communication competence has become an important criterion to measure a country's soft power and international influence.However,the traditional foreign talents training model attaches great importance to the teaching of language knowledge,and ignores the cultivation of international communication,resulting in foreign talents'poor performance on the international stage.Thus,the essay first analyzes the changes and features of current international communication environment,clarifies the main goal of cultivating international communication ability of foreign talents,and then discusses the specific measures for the building of evaluation mechanism of cultivating foreign talents'international communication competence,with the hope to offer some insights into the theoretical and practical studies of this field.
