摘要
“划一性”的教学模式不能满足个性化发展的需求。文章将个性化教学理念与构建主义理论、多元智力理论、学习者需求理论和语言学习风格理论相结合,阐释其内涵意义。因此,文章结合国家和校本教学目标,从艺术类学生需求出发,以个体差异为基础,发挥教师主导作用,探索促进学生英语学业成效的有效方式。本研究从个性化教学目标出发,利用教材资源进行个性化教学案例设计,根据学业成效要素来讨论如何将个性化教学应用于大学英语教学中。
Single method of teaching and learning can't satisfy the needs of the personalized development.This paper interprets the personalized teaching and learning idea on the basis of the theories of constructivism,multiple intelligence,learner's needs and learning style in language learning.Therefore,this paper starts from the students'needs and considering the individual differences according to both the school-based and national the teaching and learning objectives to explore the effective methods of improving the academic effectiveness under the guidance of the teachers.This paper sets personalized teaching and learning goal and applies it to the college English teaching by means of exploring text course resources under the theory of elements of academic effectiveness.
