摘要
教育生态学将生态学原理和方法应用于教育领域,旨在探究教育系统内部及其与外部环境之间的作用机制。文章基于教育生态学视角,通过问卷调查法、文献分析法和整理统计法,调研地方高校少数民族学生大学英语学习现状,发现存在教育生态主体错位、教育生态环境失衡、学习忽视限制因子、教学违背教育节律等问题。为改善此现状,文章从学校、教师、学生三个层面提出改进建议,以促进地方高校少数民族学生教育教学质量的提高。
Education ecology applies the principles and methods of ecology to the field of education,aiming to explore the interaction mechanism within the educational system and its external environment.Based on the perspective of educational ecology,this paper investigates the current status of college English learning among ethnic minority students in local universities through questionnaire surveys,literature analysis and data compilation and statistics.The study reveals issues such as the misplacement of educational ecological subjects,the imbalance of educational ecological environments,the neglect of limiting factors in learning,and the violation of educational rhythms in teaching.To improve this situation,this paper proposes suggestions for improvement from the perspectives of the school,teachers,and students,aiming to enhance the quality of education and teaching for ethnic minority students in local universities.
