目的论视角下李白诗歌翻译策略与方法的对比研究——以《静夜思》为例

The Analysis of Translation Strategies and Methods of Libai's Poems from the Perspective of Skopos Theory——A Case Study of Thoughts in a Tranquil Night

中国古代诗歌作为中国文化的重要标志,吸引了国内外很多翻译家的关注。李白是唐代最伟大、最有影响力的诗人之一,他的诗篇被翻译成了许多版本。根据目的论的观点,翻译作为一种有目的的行为,其采用的翻译策略和翻译方法取决于该翻译行为的目的。文章以李白最著名的诗篇之一《静夜思》为案例,对比不同译本,从目的论的角度分析其翻译策略和方法,研究翻译目的是如何影响译者选择翻译策略和方法的。

Chinese ancient poems,as an important symbol of Chinese culture,attracted many translators'attention from home and abroad.Li Bai was one of the greatest and influential poets of the Tang Dynasty,and his poems are translated into many versions.According to the perspective of Skopos theory,translation is a purposeful action.The purpose of the translation determines the strategies and methods to be adopted in the translation process.This paper takes one of Li Bai's renowned poems,“Thoughts in a Tranquil Night”as a case study and compares different translation versions.From the perspective of Skopos theory,the author analyzes their translation strategies and methods and studies how the translation purpose affects the translator's choice of translation strategies and methods.
