The development of science and technology and its innovative application in English language teaching have had a huge impact on language learning,prompting the corresponding changes in the communication ability of language learners,and the communication efficiency and effect have been significantly improved.This paper explores the cultivation of English as a second language communication ability through the use of technology-enhanced language learning strategies.The study examines the use of technology-enhanced language learning strategies and their effectiveness in cultivating English as a second language communication ability.Based on this analysis,the study proposes measures for effective cultivation and training of English communication ability.The aim is to provide valuable references for English language learners and optimize overall learning effectiveness.
