文章探讨了自我效能感、成就目标以及反馈寻求行为在英语阅读理解中的相互关联与影响。研究结果显示,自我效能感与阅读理解能力存在显著的正相关关系,对激发学生的积极参与具有重要意义。成就目标可分为掌握目标和表现目标,有助于在追求成功与关注学习成长之间取得平衡。反馈寻求行为与阅读动机和参与度的提高密切相关,对学习英语的中国学生具有至关重要的作用。文章强调了关注学习者对反馈的反应以及信念和心态之间的关系,以期提高学生的自主学习能力。深入了解这些要素将有助于制定有效策略以提高英语阅读技能,并为未来相关研究提供新的视角。此外,本研究还为教育工作者提供了有益的启示,以便更好地促进学生的英语阅读能力发展。
This paper explores the interactive effects of self-efficacy,achievement goals,and feedback-seeking behaviors on enhancing college students’English reading ability.The findings show that there is a significant positive relationship between self-efficacy and reading comprehension ability,which is important for motivating students to actively participate.Achievement goals can be categorized as mastery goals and performance goals,which help strike a balance between the pursuit of success and the focus on learning growth.Feedback-seeking behaviors are closely related to increased motivation and engagement in reading and play a crucial role for Chinese students learning English.This paper emphasizes the relationship between attention to learners’responses to feedback and beliefs and mindsets,with the aim of improving students’self-directed learning.A deeper understanding of these elements will help develop effective strategies to improve English reading skills and provide new perspectives for future related research.In addition,this study provides useful insights for educators to better promote students’English reading skills development.
