PBL在高校英语教学中的应用研究——以新通用大学英语综合教程为例

摘要 在新的时代背景下,高校英语教学需要以社会对人才的需求为导向,从教学内容、教学技术、教学模式等方面进行革新,使学生的英语学习水平得到全面提升。PBL是一种以学生为中心的教学模式,这种教学模式能够增强学生在英语课堂上的参与感和体验感,让学生活学活用,提高英语应用技能。在PBL模式下,高校英语教学能够以真实问题、真实情境为基础,学生可以结合自身的兴趣爱好选定项目,运用以往的知识经验完成项目,主动建构新知识。文章分析了高校英语教学中融合具体学习项目的优势,探索了英语阅读教学、听说教学、写作教学中的学习项目,以阅读教学为例,提出了英语学习项目的构建方法。 Under the new era background, English teaching in colleges and universities needs to be guided by the demand of society for talents, and innovation should be carried out from the aspects of teaching content, teaching technology, teaching mode, etc., so that students’ English learning level can be comprehensively improved. PBL is a student-centered teaching mode, which can enhance students’ sense of participation and experience in English classes, enable students to learn and use English flexibly, and improve their English application skills. Under the PBL model, English teaching in colleges and universities can be based on real problems and real situations. Students can select projects based on their own interests, use previous knowledge and experience to complete projects, and actively build new knowledge. This paper analyzes the advantages of integrating specific learning items in college English teaching, explores the learning items in English reading teaching, listening and speaking teaching, and writing teaching, and takes reading teaching as an example, puts forward the construction methods of English learning items.
