“互联网+教育”背景下的跨校修读学分课程教学实践研究

经济全球化和社会信息化为中国高等教育带来前所未有的变革和发展机遇,高等教育改革和发展已经成为中国教育发展的新形态,中国政府的教育相关政策已经为高等教育改革和创新发展提供新蓝图。以中国外语教育教学改革为视角,文章采用文献研究法、理论与实践结合的方法以及实证分析法等方法进行深入探索。以辽宁省精品资源共享课程和辽宁省跨校修读课程《新闻英语视听说》为基础,以工科院校英语专业课程《英语报刊选读》为例,文章分析和探讨全国高等学校跨校修读学分课程教学实践模式的可行性和重要性,以助力中国高校智慧校园建设,助力实现教育公平和高等教育现代化。

Economic globalization and social informatization have brought unprecedented changes and developmental opportunities to China’s higher education, the reform and improvement of higher education has become a new form of China’s educational development. The governmental education-related policies have provided a new blueprint for the reform and innovation of China’s higher education. From the perspective of reforming China’s foreign language education, this paper adopts the methods of literature research, integrating theory with practice, and empirical analysis to conduct in-depth exploration. Based on top-quality course and online credit course of “News English Audiovisual Speaking” in Liaoning Province, and taken the English major course of “Selected English Newspapers and Periodicals” in engineering colleges as an example, this paper focuses on analyzing and discussing the feasibility and importance of the teaching model of online credit courses in higher education in China, helping to construct smart campuses, and helping to achieve educational equity, along with modernization of higher education.
