摘要
作为影响教学成果的关键因素,教师效能感提高的相关研究有着重要意义。当前,以高校英语教师效能感为研究对象,从教师效能感的内涵入手,分析教师效能感的提高对教学成果的影响。文章通过分析探讨教师效能感的含义以及影响教师效能感形成的因素,细化讨论了教师效能感的提高对教学成果的具体影响。研究发现,教师效能感的提高对教学成果的确切落实以及对教学成果的优化与完善都有一定的积极影响。
As a key factor affecting teaching results,it is of great significance to improve teachers’sense of effectiveness.At present,taking college English teachers’sense of effectiveness as the research object,starting from the connotation of teachers’sense of effectiveness,this paper analyzes the impact of the improvement of teachers’sense of effectiveness on teaching results.This article analyzes and discusses the meaning of teachers’sense of effectiveness and the factors affecting the formation of teachers’sense of effectiveness,and discusses the specific impact of the improvement of teachers’sense of effectiveness on teaching results.The study found that the improvement of teachers’sense of effectiveness has a positive effect on the accurate implementation of teaching results and the optimization and improvement of teaching results.
