摘要
大学英语是我国高校受众面最广的一门公共必修课程,课程目标是提高学生的国际交际能力以及国际竞争力。但是目前大部分高校英语教学都是在课堂展开的,学生缺少学习语言的环境,学生的语言应用能力得不到锻炼。随着信息化时代的到来,社会发展对学生的英语综合应用能力提出了更高的要求,英语教学中听说课的重要性也逐渐凸显。因此,教师在课堂上应该积极为学生创设课堂教学情境,在课前、课中以及课后都做好准备,从而能够让学生有效地掌握英语知识。文章介绍了教学情境的核心概念,并分析了教学情境在英语听说课中的重要性,同时结合课前、课中以及课后的教学情境创设进行了分析总结。
College English is one of the most popular compulsory courses in Chinese universities and its goal is to improve students’international communication ability and international competitiveness.But at present,most college English classes are carried out in the classroom.Lacking of language learning environment,students can’t enhance the language application ability.With the advent of the era of information technology,the requirements for the students’English comprehensive application ability are much higher,and audio-oral classes gradually become much more important.Therefore,teachers should actively create teaching situations for students before,while and after the class,so they can let the student master English knowledge effectively.This paper introduces the core concept of teaching situation,analyzes the importance of teaching situation in English listening and speaking class,and then makes a summary.
