基于中国英语能力等级量表的形成性评价与大学英语教学分析

基于立德树人,我国大学英语教学旨在培养学生的英语应用能力、科学素养和人文素养。而该教学目标的实现需要教学评价的保驾护航。第十四次会议审议通过的《深化新时代教育评价改革总体方案》中明确强调,根据不同的主体和教育特点,改进结果评价,强化形成性评价。形成性评价侧重大学英语全过程的教学成果,包含了语言知识、语言能力、思想交流和提升等综合方面,更好地落实了大学英语的综合能力培养目标。而我国2018年实施的中国英语能力等级量表,以其基于大量实证数据的能力等级评价描述,进一步保证了形成性评价的效度和信度,从而更好地推动了大学英语教学改革的科学性发展。因此,文章以中国英语能力等级量表作为评价依据,旨在探究形成性评价对于大学英语教学改革的积极作用。

China.s college English education in new era aims to cultivate the well-rounded talents with language proficiency,great values and cross-cultural communicative ability.This teaching objective of college English education can be better implemented with teaching assessment.The Overall Plan for Deepening the Reform of Educational Evaluation in the New Eraemphasizes that it is a necessity to improve summative assessment and further implement formative assessment.During the process of practicing formative assessment,thanks to the accurate description of different levels of ability based on a wealth of experimental data,China.s standards of English Language Ability issued in2018 can better ensure the reliability and validity of formative assessment,enhancing the scientific development of the reform on English education.Therefore,based on China.s standards of English Language Ability,this article is aimed at exploring the theoretical and practical impact of formative assessment on the reform of college English education.
